Bureau dispute addresses

Equifax — Equifax Information Services LLC, P.O. Box 740256, Atlanta, GA 30374-0256.

Experian — Experian, P.O. Box 4500, Allen, TX 75013.

TransUnion — TransUnion Consumer Solutions, P.O. Box 2000, Chester, PA 19016-2000.

Furnisher (collector) addresses

Always send a parallel dispute to the collector at the address on the original collection notice. The furnisher has its own FCRA investigation duties independent of the bureau.

Mailing best practices

USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt. Keep copies of every letter and every signed receipt. Track delivery dates so you can enforce the 30-day investigation timeline under the FCRA.
